central yet quiet location, clean and spacious rooms, mini bar and English-speaking channels

The lift only goes up to the sixth floor, leaving some guests to carry their luggage for an extra flight!!! The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times, which was frustrating during important tasks!!!

Exceptional staff made our stay

Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was a delightful spread, with both buffet options and freshly made dishes!

The en-suite bathroom in my room had a somewhat outdated shower that was a bit tricky to use. I noticed some noise from the kitchen early in the morning that might disrupt light sleepers.

Staying at La Beaute was delightful. The location in the Old Quarter is perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and many local attractions. My room had ample space, was clean, and had a comfortable bed. I loved the breakfast menu with a nice variety, especially the local noodle soup and a la carte pancakes. The highlight was the friendly staff. they went above and beyond, even assisting in arranging a surprise birthday celebration for my mother-in-law that surpassed expectations. I encountered a few issues. The shower in my bathroom was a bit awkward to use, and the power points near the bed were not functioning. the unlocked balcony was exposed to a narrow street, which meant less privacy than anticipated. Even with these minor inconveniences, the ambiance, service, and the overall atmosphere made this a memorable stay. I would absolutely consider returning to La Beaute.

During my stay at La Beaute De Hanoi Hotel, I was absolutely charmed by its location in a quiet alley, making my visit restful after exciting days exploring Hanoi. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, offering helpful tips and assistance with organizing daily activities.

Luggage access is tricky.

loved the location, right in the old quarter and super close to the lake. the staff were just amazing, super friendly and helpful, like a big happy family! breakfast was really good, lots of choices and the room was clean and comfy enough. definitely a cozy vibe and easy access to everything you wanna see in hanoii.

the shower was kinda weird to use and the curtains could be thicker since the city lights were really bright at night.

Just a nice choice for a walk in the evening in Hanoi with definitely value for money. The staff was really attentive, and they surprised us with a complimentary fruit basket upon arrival. Be sure to try the local street food just outside.
